OWNER
MASTER HAIR & MAKE-UP ARTIST
(Central Florida)
Celebrating 18 years as a professional hair & make-up artist (including 14 years as the owner of Asteria), I have developed and perfected my signature glam techniques. Providing an exceptional level of service and skill for our brides on such a monumental day.
With over 1,000+ brides and bridal parties, I have learned and evolved so much along the way! What keeps me inspired each season, is witnessing my client’s whole vibe come alive when they see their final look! Such confidence shining through.... it never gets old for me creating a princess for the day!! Having the opportunity to style you all, and to be a part of someone's wedding day, makes me feel humbled and grateful to have this "job" as a career.
Recently in 2021, my husband and I, along with our three son’s moved from South Florida to the Ocala area. Joining forces with my mom that had moved down from Jersey, we have begun building our dream family farm! Changing up our daily lives to the scenery of the beautiful Florida horse country, has been a transformation we never knew we needed!
You can also find me at our new studio location near downtown Orlando.

Hi and welcome!
Congrats, If you’re here that means you’re a select few that can appreciate a good read. Although, who really wants to read some long, drawn out story about all the credentials I have acquired in the last 21 years. Isn’t this why Instagram was created? To fill our short attention span with as much examples of talent as possible in as fast as we can move our fingers? You’ve probably already seen the portfolio by now so if you’re after something deeper, here’s where I catch your attention.
Maybe you all want to know WHO I AM after 21 years, and how my experience has shaped the artist I am today. One thing is for certain my deep love for my craft is why I am still here. Not many people get to say they love what they do so for that I am grateful. A bio…it’s an “about me” right…but how we view ourselves isn’t necessarily how the world sees us. What would people say about me if you asked them? How would they describe me? To truly evolve as an artist is to self reflect. Use the negatives to push me into growth and allow the positives to inspire me to keep going!
Yes, by now I’ve had so many amazing opportunities. MIAMI…. (in bright, flashing lights) it’s literally at your finger tips; it’s everywhere you turn! It’s the glitz and glam, that’s really what brought me here. The term “celebrity hair and makeup artist” seems to be this label that so many artists strive for. For me it was just a reminder. It meant people appreciated my artistry and wanted it. Those people just happen to be well known and in the public eye. The pursuit of fame and fortune favors the bold. Be bold, be courageous, be memorable, that’s what I told myself. What I didn’t know was some of my most meaningful work wasn’t going to come from any of that.
It wasn’t the TV and film projects (although incredible the sets I’ve worked on), it wasn’t the runway and print work (it’s not all glamorous… nothing like trying to keep makeup and hair from being sweated out in the 95 degree heat on the beach), it wasn’t glamming my brides and their families (never new I’d cry so much at a job.. the first look with dad always gets me), it wasn’t the galas and charity events ( wow have I’ve seen some amazing gowns)…. it was just the regular people.
By regular I mean, well….. the ones that cried after I was done. The ones that hugged me and said they never felt so good. The ones that said they didn’t even know they could look that good. The ones that sent me messages long after I was gone appreciating my hard work, thanking me tirelessly for my talents. The ones that we laughed so hard we cried. The ones that shared their heartaches, their achievements, their secrets, their families, their souls really. They were transformed. What they saw was the outside but I knew it was much deeper. There the ones that remind me day after day why I REALLY do this. I believe we are all our own celebrities in our own world. The people that look up to you, admire and praise you, sometimes are the ones closest to you. You don’t even realize who you make your mark on. When you look good you feel good and that radiates from within.
As I move into my next era I just want people to know who I really am not just as an artist, but as a human being. This is how I make it unforgettable. When I’m done and gone and you take out your hair and wash your face, what are left are your experiences and your memories. That my friends is priceless.
